Located in Bahria Town, Karachi, Zaki-G Fast Food was a newly established local restaurant with no prior brand presence in a highly competitive market. The business started from scratch and required a clear direction, identity, and positioning to stand out. Our team took complete ownership of building the brand from the ground up from defining its concept to shaping its market presence. Through strategic planning and brand development, we transformed Zaki-G into a recognizable fast-casual destination within Bahria Town. Our efforts focused on creating a strong local identity, helping the restaurant gain attention and compete effectively with other established fast-food brands in the area.
It was our interest to make Zaki-G a name that everyone would refer to, through creating a professional image of the Bahria town community. By adopting a more modernized packaging practice and dominating in the digital arena, each touchpoint, such as social media and the last bite, made sure that people received the message of high quality and increased foot traffic and revenue.
Despite great food and a prime location, Zaki-G lacked a brand identity. In Bahria’s competitive market, they remained invisible, struggling to build the customer loyalty and recall needed to stand out.
There was no specific color theme or logo that people could recognize or associate with the taste.

The setting of the personality of the brand was the initial stage. Being a fast-casual restaurant, we decided to use energetic and bright images that would cause appetite and excitement. We desired the brand to be alive and unique compared to messy signage at Bahria Town.
We transformed the menu into a high-converting sales tool while turning packaging into a “traveling billboard.” This strategic redesign maximized readability, highlighted best-sellers, and boosted organic brand visibility across Bahria.
To create a fresh community of social media users, we relied on narratives to bring to the fore kitchen passion and ingredient freshness. This strategy formed a close connection with emotions which converted followers into a faithful audience.
