To enhance visibility and get serious buyers, we collaborated with Naeem Dhanani – Builders and Developers in the competitive real estate market of Karachi. Our digital approach involved building trust, effective messaging, and specific outreach through a systematic digital strategy. Due to this, the brand changed the inconsistent visibility to a stable stream of qualified leads and real interest of the investor.

Introduction

Naeem Dhanani Builders and Developers is a Karachi based real estate and construction brand with premium residential and commercial projects; that have a good reputation in the local area. Nevertheless, in the digital-first market today, customers and investors consider credibility on the internet and only then make their choices. The real estate market in Karachi is a very competitive industry and it is not easy to be seen and generate leads without good digital positioning.

The brand was underrepresented online in the extremely competitive Karachi real estate market where it was hard to be seen and draw the appropriate buyers. This made the engagement low and lead flow irregular.

Strategy Implemented

Our digital plan involved the creation of a systematic digital approach that aimed at creating a high level of visibility, enhanced trust, and appeal to serious buyers of real estate in a competitive Karachi market. Social Media Management

We managed the brand’s presence on Facebook and Instagram marketing property with a clear focus on consistency and professionalism. Instead of random posting, we built a content direction that showcased projects in a clean and structured way. The aim was to improve brand presence, keep the audience engaged, and build long-term trust through regular and relevant updates. 

Paid Marketing Campaigns

We launched specific paid campaigns with the main emphasis on the generation of leads. Instead of running general awareness campaigns, we developed targeted campaigns that were aimed at attracting users in active interest about Property marketing Pakistan.
